Social Networking For Good
The people on the ground in Haiti are communicating via Facebook status messages, Twitter and other social networking sites. They are reporting where they are, the status of those around them and asking for specific needs (food, water, medicine).
I think this is a powerful example of how the Internet and social networks have made a very positive difference in the world. Another example is that you can donate to the Red Cross online to help the victims.

This vision began with Sr Phyllis Klonowski- a Dominican nun some 10 years ago and her missionary work continues to touch lives today.

I know as I am a client and I have experienced first hand her compassion. As a 37 year old single mom and small business owner, things became overwhelmingly tight and hardship fell upon me and my family. CRxSP aided in my physical, mental and spiritual stabilization.
This made me a more patient mom, a confident business owner and a contributor back to the community.
This is the model that should be the blueprint for compassionate and true health care.
